Average people tend to be highly reactive and will quickly magnify the negatives that will actually enlarge their problems. Being reactive under pressure usually increases stress level and creates unnecessary tension that can exaggerate the negative side effects. If this becomes habit, it can cause ill health, hypertension and irreparable harm to relationships. Long-term, it leads to a downward spiral of regression and often leads to addictive negative behaviors.

We must all remember that we live in one of the greatest places in the world.  Yet, it can still be challenging and unpredictable. This is why we must all train ourselves to think…act…and live life as a highly pro-active Martial Arts Champion.

Our best decisions in life are usually made when we are in a positive and pro-active state of mind. Our worst decisions are usually made when we are in a negative and reactive state of mind.

By training hard and smart, we improve our circulation, reduce our body fat and release powerful endorphins to the brain that causes an almost euphoric state of mind.
